Dr. Kyle Stunden graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley, gaining a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology before pursuing his Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Kyle is interested in functional movement-based orthopaedics and conservative management as a fellow of the College of Chiropractic Orthopaedic Specialists (Canada).

Outside of practice, Dr. Stunden is part of the Canadian board of directors with World Spine Care, working to provide sustainable evidence-based spine care for those in need in low- and middle-income countries. He currently works as a board member of the BC Chiropractic Association, promoting collaborative care and interprofessional education on the role of chiropractors in healthcare.

Dr. Stunden has been a medical staff member of several teams in the community and worked with junior A hockey and CFL professionals. He gives back to the community throughout the year, supporting events with SportMedBC. For sporting events, he draws on his experience working as a paramedic with the British Columbia Emergency Health Services.

In his spare time, Dr. Stunden can be found exploring the outdoors, hiking, skiing, or road cycling with colleagues and friends, or woodworking independently. He embraces motion as medicine through an active lifestyle.

Following your examination, Dr. Stunden will provide you with a working diagnosis of your condition. Using a range of protocols to help manage your condition along with prescribed exercises and stretching to help manage and relieve discomfort in combination with activity modifications to help break repetitive injury cycles.

I understand that injuries can have a significant impact physically and slow down your activity. I work with your healthcare team to provide you with the right care at the right time to get you back to your passions.  I provide a combination of rehabilitation and prevention resources to get you back and keep you there.

is to return you to meaningful activity. I should inspire you, renew your confidence in your abilities to manage discomfort and assist you in striving for excellence and returning to your passions.
